Happy Thanksgiving!!!

To all of  my American readers  -- Happy Thanksgiving!  I am celebrating the day - indeed the weekend -- with family!  

and to everyone else -- have a great and wonderful day!   Now to start preparing my contribution to dinner ... it involves sweet potatoes,  maple syrup, vanilla and pecans!.
