is the German Crown Prince a "mental wreck?"

September 14, 1915

By special dispatch to the Central News from Northern France, and reported by the New York Times.  According to the "sensational" dispatch, which came via Rotterdam to London,   Crown Prince Wilhelm of Germany "is suffering from mental aberration, the result of the worries of the campaign.  The Crown Prince has undoubtedly not spared himself in the attempt to strike a decisive blow on the Western Front.  Prisoners state that he did not sleep for three days during the recent offensive.  He has now broken under the strain, but despite the Crown Princess' entreaties, he refuses to relinquish his command even temporarily."
