Oh, Fergie ... here we go again!

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/theroyalfamily/8697403/Sarah-Ferguson-storms-out-of-interview-with-Australias-60-Minutes.html

Oh dear, here we go again.  The Australian 60 Minutes program is an off-shoot of the highly respected CBS news program, 60 Minutes, which has been here in the US on Sunday nights at 7 p.m., since the mid-1960s.

Sarah, Duchess of York, walked out of an interview after being "forced" to watch the News of the World footage of herself, taking money for access to her former husband, the Duke of York.

Sarah's Australian spokesman asked 60 Minutes to stop promoting Sarah's appearance on the program because it shows her "in the worst possible light."   This is hardly the worst possible light for the former wife of the Duchess of York.   It seems that all that free therapy did nothing for Sarah's ability to accept her problems!

Sarah, do you really think that you can sweep your bad behavior under a carpet, and make it go away?  Perhaps you thought 60 Minutes was a fluff show, similar to Entertainment Tonight.  It's not.

  1. I don't understand her sense of entitlement, because that's what it is. I truly think she will never get better. I feel sorry for her children to deal with the constant public fiascos of their mother. I certainly don't feel sorry for her or for The Duke of York who has been an enabler to her for years.

  2. Surely it's time to go to Betty Ford or something to save herself......I feel for Andrew and the girls. What an embarrassment. Either she's seriously depressed and unmedicated or she's a coke-head or something. What else would explain her??? I've always thought it interesting that the press never speculated on either Fergie or Di doing drugs.........

  3. I think Sarah's drugs of choice are shopping, expensive restaurants, first class on jetplanes, and skiing in European resorts. In short, everything that the average penniless unemployed mother of two enjoys on a daily basis.

  4. You know, I watched that stupid Oprah Network show of Fergie's, and while it was horrible, it was also fascinating. Aside from being painfully dumb -- some scenes were like watching a hamster try to do calculus -- she has both a huge ego and a minute sense of self. When she was challenged or forced to think, she became imperious or defensive. But, when the focus was on her, whether she was being praised or criticized, she soaked it up like a sponge.

Doesn't surprise me at all that she walked off the set -- that's a "challenge." Now someone will want to do an interview that focuses on her (and why she walked off) and she'll lap it up.

    Sick, sick, sick.
