The people of Serbia, especially the children, elderly and people with disabilities, are still suffering from a lack of essential medical equipment, food, and other necessities. Sadly, the country also has one of the highest incidences of both breast cancer and infant mortality in Europe.

Lifeline Humanitarian Organization was founded in 1993 under the patronage of HRH Crown Princess Katherine. Today it is operating from offices in several international cities (New York, Chicago, Toronto, London and Athens). Lifeline works closely with the Foundation in Belgrade bringing vital humanitarian aid and medical equipment to Serbia. Lifeline has saved many lives and helped to create a better future for all the people in Serbia regardless of religion or ethnic origin and will continue to support medical institutions, orphanages and the most vulnerable populations in Serbia.
