The condition of the Dowager Empress Friedrich as "temporarily improved," according to a Berlin dispatch to the New York Times. The empress' younger son, Prince Henry and his wife, Irene, have left Homburg for Kiel. A dispatch from Copenhagen "announces that the Princess of Wales is about to pay a visit to Friedrichof.. Kaiser Wilhelm and members of his family will remain at Homburg until after October 22, which is the Empress Augusta Viktoria's birthday.
