Wall Street Journal interview with the Duke de Vendome

An interesting profile-cum-interview with Prince Jean, Duke de Vendome. I love the bit about sending a birthday card to the Prince of Wales, and getting a reply from the secretary.

    "I love our peasants." I thought that was the best line. The 21 century French agricultural worker would be astonished to learn that there is still someone around who considers him a peasant.

    Poor Jean, what a ridiculous figure he cuts in the interview.

    By the way, Marlene, congratulations again on your blog. I check it regularly.
