Grand Duchess Victoria Feodorovna of Russia was feted tonight with a dinner and concert aboard the French liner, Paris. Victoria, who is the wife of Grand Duke Kirill of Russia, is expected to arrive in New York tomorrow. She dined at the Captain's table with her two ladies-in-waiting, Madame Orloff and Madame Makaroff.
