The official Vatican newspaper, Ossservatore Romano, reports that Princess Giovanna of Savoy has not requested a dispensation for her marriage to King Boris III, who is Orthodox. The newspaper points out that if a dispensation is granted for the mix-marriage, it must carry out the immutable fact that the children of such a marriage must be baptised and raised according to the tenets of the Roman Catholic faith.
