Sources tell the Chicago Daily Tribune that King Boris III of Bulgaria has arrived in Italy, incognito, as he prepares for his marriage to Princess Giovanna of Savoy. Preparations for the wedding are being made at San Rossore, near Pisa.
The couple will be married according to the rites of the Roman Catholic Church. When the newlyweds arrived in Sofia, they will celebrate their marriage in an Orthodox ceremony, as the King is Orthodox.
