I noticed the mallard this morning when I came back from the gym. (Don't worry, the duck is within seconds by flight to several small lakes in my community.) I got my camera, and when I came back out, I discovered the duck had made a friend!

Hello Marlene,
I absolutely loved these photos.
They remind me so much of so many happy events in my life.
In the context of "Royal Musings" they remind me of 3 of my mother's Aunts, who have have been a great inspiration of my memories in commenting on the items that you post.
