According to several reports, it is "highly probable" that Princess Maud of Wales, youngest daughter of the Prince and Princess of Wales, will marry her first cousin, Prince Christian of Denmark.
The Danish royal family is described as "poor," but Christian is expected to inherit a large fortune from his mother, who was the heir of her grandfather, Prince Frederick of the Netherlands.
Prince Christian reached his majority a month ago.
